Q:  What Am I getting for the Money?

A: CrossFit Cody clients will be training as individuals in a class setting.  The reality is, with the quality of insturction you get from our trianer, it is personal training at a fraction of the cost.

Q: Is CrossFit enough? Can 20 min workouts really produce RESULTS??

A:   This all depends on your personal GOALS.  Part of CrossFits philosophy is that by not training specifically in one thing you will be able to do all those things you want to do outside the gym; i.e. hiking, biking, skiing, running, swimming, softball, etc. If you put in the work in during every WOD the RESULTS will follow. 

More and more research shows that shorter duration/higher intesity workouts yield higher benefits/results.  It all comes down to how hard (intensity) you work.  The longer the workout the harder it becomes to maintain an increased intensity. 

Q: I'm a little intimidated do I have to be a Super Athlete to do CrossFit?

A: NO. The CF program is designed for scalablity and applies equally well to all individuals regardless of age or fitness level.

Q: I hear people talk about CrossFit being a 'CULT', what's that all about?

A: CrossFit is unlike any other program because of it's ability to build an instant support system.  There's something about a group of people pushing themselves to their limits or accomplishing goals daily that encourages bonding.  CrossFitters rally around eachother during the 'good' days & more importantly the 'bad' days.
