4 down & backs on BB court
10 scorpions
10 eagles
10 jumping squats
2 rounds
WOD
Go to failure on each exercise
3 Sets of:
- 2 min Plank
- Max PUll ups
- 2 min Wall Sit
- Max Push-ups
-do all MAX attemps back to back with no rest between
*Rest 2 min between sets
Score = 3 numbers
1. combined total of pull ups
2. combined total of push ups
3. combine total of completions of plank & wall sits

What a workout today. I couldn't steer my truck out of the parking lot today.
Not the best news today - my achilles is 95% ruptured and I'm going in for surgery tomorrow. I'll probably miss Wed and Fri WOD's. Hope everyone has a great rest of the week and I will be back ASAP.

Vince, I laughed when you said you probably won't be there for Wed and Fri's WOD......You might want to give yourself a slightly bigger window for recovery. Also, please don't get Bionic Man calf implants while in surgery- we have a hard enough time NOW keeping your pace! Happy healing!
